Shipping & pickup
Click & Collect — free
You can pick up any online order free of charge from our showroom at 76 Macleod Street, Bairnsdale. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready. More on Click & Collect.
Delivery across Victoria
We deliver to addresses across Victoria. Delivery cost depends on the size and weight of your order and where it’s going within the state, and is shown to you at checkout before you pay.
Outside Victoria — freight quote
We can still get your order to you anywhere in Australia. For deliveries outside Victoria, choose delivery at checkout and we’ll email you a freight price to confirm before you pay — so there are no surprises. Larger or bulkier items, such as full-size barbecues and built-in units, are sent by freight this way too. Prefer to talk it through? Call us on 03 5152 4894 for a freight quote.
Assembly
Want a larger item like a barbecue assembled? Just ask — call us on 03 5152 4894 and we’ll work out the options with you case by case.
Dispatch & tracking
We aim to get your order on its way promptly. Once it’s dispatched we’ll email you a confirmation, with tracking where the carrier provides it. If you need something by a particular date, call us on 03 5152 4894 and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & refunds
Change of mind
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If you’re unsure which product is right for you, call us on 03 5152 4894 before you order — our showroom team has been fitting out East Gippsland homes since 1977 and we’re happy to help you get it right the first time.
If something’s faulty — your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s meant to:
- For a major problem, you’re entitled to choose a refund or a replacement, and to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.
- For a minor problem that can be put right, we’ll repair the item — or replace or refund it — within a reasonable time.
Manufacturer warranties
Weber, Daikin and our lighting brands back their products with their own manufacturer warranties, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturer warranty claims and spare parts are handled by the manufacturer directly — for Weber, contact Weber to order parts or lodge a warranty claim. Your rights for faulty goods under the Australian Consumer Law (above) are separate and always apply.
